Health Insurance
Fielding offers a choice of three health plan options (PPO, HMO, HSA) as well as dental and vision insurance for eligible employees and their spouses, life partners, and/or dependents. The HMO and PPO plans allow employees to take advantage of Flexible Spending Accounts to set aside pre-taxed earnings to reduce out-of-pocket health and dependent care expenses.
Tuition Assistance
Looking to further your education? Eligible employees can take advantage of significant tuition discounts for all Fielding academic programs for themselves or their family members. Fielding also offers tuition reimbursement assistance when attending other accredited educational institutions.
