Coach Educator Dr. Lynn Myhal

Fielding is excited to announce a new Evidence Based Coaching faculty member. Dr. Lynn Myhal is a widely known coach educator, and we are delighted to welcome her to the adjunct team. She was referred by current faculty, and her diverse experience and knowledge will serve Fielding in many ways. She will instruct in all areas of the accredited coach training program, and EBC will leverage her expertise in the new delivery model that launched on 9/8/21.

Dr. Lynn Myhal has provided integral leadership coaching and organization development to senior executives and their teams in both the public and private sectors for 25 years. She designed and taught coaching courses in the Graduate Psychology school of John F. Kennedy U. for five years and served on the faculty of New Ventures West, a certified coach training school.  She has been certified as a Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation since 2007. She is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the International Coach Federation, the Institute for Management Consultants, and the Bay Area Executive Development Network. Lynn enjoyed serving for many years on the Board of Trustees of the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, where she held several leadership positions. She lives in Silicon Valley with her husband, who served as a senior executive in the Federal Government.  She brings breadth, depth, and a sense of humor to all of her relationships and is passionate about bringing joy and freedom to clients in their workplaces.
