Evidence-Based Coaching New Faculty
Dr. Okokon Udo, PhD, PCC joins Fielding Graduate University.
Dr. Udo will begin teaching Spring 2021. He will work with first-term EBC students facilitating coach skills training and mentoring. As a scholar-practitioner, he is committed to creating the right conditions for students to discover or rediscover their true selves and bring that to bear in their work as coaches.
Okokon Udo is an international change management, leadership and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion consultant. He has served as faculty at Northwestern Health Sciences University, St Mary’s University, the Executive Coaching program of the University of St. Thomas, and the Co-Active Training Institute. He has delivered coach training programs in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
Okokon is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF), a trained Reflective Supervisor, and a Spiritual Director. He holds a PhD in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Luther Seminary, MA in Process Oriented Psychology (focused on conflict facilitation and organizational change) from the Process Work Institute, and a BD (Bachelor of Divinity) from the Theological College of Northern Nigeria.
